Open the Clan menu (the button that looks like a lion). Go to the Parties tab on the upper side of the screen. Select the party you want to disband. Try to maintain a huge stock of food in the market, there is a natural upper limit to what the villages and town can produce itself, so trade and building a stock of food is the only way to boost it past that. That however is very tedious to do, as it takes roughly 100 units of a food to increase the value by
Put the cursor over your movement speed in the lower right and it will show your base movement speed and all modifiers. You get a herd penalty if you have more than 2 animals for each troop in your party (cavalry troops already have 1 animal, their horse). 3.
